Purchased a heater from this company about two years ago and recently I’ve had an issue where the heat does not come out of the heater therefore I reached out to the guy who sold me this heater and installed it due to him advising of us of warranty for 10 years. I reached out to him to see if he is able to come to hopefully resolve issue and he rudely stated he is only able to come a specific time the next day. We agreed to the time he was able to come then comes the next day he leaves after a few minutes of arrival time he said he will be here. I reached out to him via phone as I saw him driving away and did not answer. I continued to reach out to him the whole day and no response. I then called him via different phone number and that’s when he finally answered and stated to find a different business. Upset due to him stating we would be covered under warranty or any issues for 10 years and the way he rudely communicated to us. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!
