First--5 stars for the little lady who rang up our items. Second- they have a wonderful amount of items for sale. 3rd- There were so many stolen items and empty packages it was sad. Lastly- the store is a mess! Items where they don't belong. Thrown in the floor and not picked up. The organizer in me wanted desperately to start cleaning 😩

The deals aren't always as great as their grungy warehouse style store leads you to believe. Walk around with your phone, and check Amazon prices before you buy it from Ollie's. Their on store ads, which are constant and fairly repetitive, brag about their fishing section. It's so small Ai almost walked past it; and it has rods sticking up into the air. Mostly all cheap junk I wouldn't even give my kids to fish with. Mostly spincasters (with the little push button to cast), with a couple spinning rods. No baitcasters and definitely no fly fishing gear. A few chatterbait knock-offs around the same price as the original, and a tiny pack of Yum neds I was going to get for $4 on Amazon priced $6 at Ollie's. What a bargain. If you have free shipping with Amazon Prime, look up anything you think is a deal.

My experience today 1/28/26 at around 10:30am. The sales associate (TYRE) was very rude and unprofessional. I asked that i wanted to use one coupon and she immediately with an attitude started telling that its only with one purchase and one cupon. Which I already know. I bought 4 sweaters and the way she was pulling then awfully out from the neck and then like a ball she shoved then in a bag. I proceeded with telling her if it was easier to just toss them in a bag. She saidn"yes". She was not friendly at all not even with the customer infront of me. MANAGER she your camera. I have been to other Ollie's and they all have amazing staff.

I like Ollie's. I learned of this store brand when I lived in Ohio. It is a deep discount / close-out retailer. They have a little bit of everything and not a lot of anything. Part of the fun of Ollie's is seeing what you can buy at a great price, things you need and things you don't need. But you should probably buy it if they have what you are looking for because it might not be there next time. No frills - but not so cheap that they don't give you bags or you have to use a quarter to get a cart (I shop at this store too).

First time visiting this store. It used to be the old Toys R Us location. The place is huge and has toys, books, lamps, snacks, Christmas decorations and I’m sure every Holliday thereafter, kitchen items, dog treats and toys & so much more. Just make sure you buy what you need and will work for you. I returned my Christmas lights since the color was not matching mine, I didn’t open them to see the different size LED either. Other than that, I didn’t walk around every corner so I’ll come back when I have more time. Friendly staff and a rewards program too.
