I purchased a used refrigerator for my garage from Tysons and i couldn’t have better things to say about them. They were very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick! I literally walked in, found a fridge i liked, and it was delivered in my garage within a couple hours! This small family business far surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend!

We purchased a previously owned washer from Tyson Appliances for a rental home we own. The washer came with a 30 day warranty. 3 months later the washer's spin cycle stopped working. I called and their technician came out the next day. The washer was tested and found to be working properly. They informed me that there would be no charge for the service call. This was quite a surprise in a time when so many companies are over charging for their services. Thank you Tyson !!!

I called Tyson Appliances after my Mom and Brother had said Wonderful things about their products and service. I was afraid I’d have to replace my 2005 dryer that stopped working. They said we can come out and check into repairing it. It was such a reasonable price I didn’t mind at all to give it a try. Cristian was such a professional, and so knowledgeable. He took the time to show me and explain the problem. He gave me a very fair price that was such a great deal I wanted to do the repair. I didn’t have to wait because he had all the parts with him. He was able to complete the dryer repair, and also thoughtfully go above and beyond anything I ever expected. With my health problems he cleaned behind the unit for me and took care on sweeping up and lint that came out in the meantime. His respectful and caring ways are amazing, while he completed the job excellently and in such a timely manner all in the same trip out to my house. I can’t thank him enough. I know this family business his Dad has is the company you want to put your trust in when you need appliance repair or replacement! Quality work from ultra quality people! My sincere gratitude to all you did for me. May God bless you and your family. You truly not only fixed my dryer, but brought a little light into my day.
