Paid over $1000 for a washer and dryer set. Delivered at 15 year old dryer and new samsung washer. The washer has never worked right and no one will fix it or refund my money. Washer hasn't worked right since the week it was delivered. They serviced it once. Still doesn't work like it should. Owner won't do anything about it
