New refrigerator delivered today. Charles and Drew were friendly and did a great job. They were very thorough and careful. Great attention to detail throughout the install. Helpful in answering questions about maintaining the new fridge.

Mike has made two service calls and answered all my questions in an easy manner. He was efficient at diagnosingthe problem, and I was surprised at how quick he was repairing it. One of the best service personnel that I have experienced with any appliance company. Thank you, Mike!

I had bought a refrigerator during Covid. The refrigerator itself is great. But when the delivery guy delivered the refrigerator itself he scratched it up. He gave me the phone number to call customer service to have them send me new door handles. I’ve called multiple times and every time they said it’s on back order. We are going on 5 years and I’ve thrown my hands up and given up. Will never refer anyone to buy appliances with this company due to the customer service I received from the phone number I was provided.
