Benson's Appliance

35 years ago i bought my 1st washer and dryer out of college from Mr Benson. One year i bought from a competitor and was so disappointed. Benson's serviced those appliances for us. Best service and willing to find exactly what you need. John is amazing and Harley is terrific for service. May not be the fanciest but it is the best and most fair.

Tech Steve arrived on time & correctly analyzed the issue with our fridge. He is so knowledgeable and efficient-we have used Benson’s service for 20 years & Steve has been the tech that has fixed our various appliances. We have always received outstanding service! Whether its the oven, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, they know appliances!!!! Thank you Steve for your great professional and honest work!! Hard to find good people & we truly are appreciative of your technical services!!!

We were pretty much forced to call Bensons because our normal repair company was booked out quite a ways. So, we had a repairman come out to look at our dryer. In order to replace a $60 part it was going to cost almost $350! Then, just for good measure, he proceeded to tell us how we're wasting money on our new fridge and range, not that we asked for his opinion, despite him not knowing anything about our cooking and eating dynamics in our family. He threw in many explictives as well, which we just didn't appreciate. He was smug, rude, and unprofessional. Never going there again. I'll use a blow dryer to dry our clothes before calling them again.

Benson's called us today and apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to send us a check for the extra expenses we endured because of the mix up which was partly our fault. The gentleman calling was very polite. Thank you Benson's and sorry I reacted too quickly to judge and I will continue to recommend you because of your professionalism, your service, and your product
