Steve Mackey at Hampton's provides excellent service and fast delivery of appliances. I have purchased a washer from him and most recently a dryer. Installation is easy and top quality. Technicians know what they are doing and get in and out without disruption. Steve had to order the dryer I wanted, but it was in and installed within a week. Excellent experience.

Steve was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened well and put together our kitchen appliances to fit our needs. The process was smooth end-to-end. The prices are competitive with anything in Peoria with a broader selection and good expertise. Highly recommend Hampton’s if you’re considering kitchen appliances or going through a remodel.

We purchased new kitchen cabinets and counters from Hamptons a few years ago and the laminet on the counter was separating. I called them twice and no one got back to me so I went over to their store and talked to the owner. He was in shock to see me by his expression and told me he was very busy and had me on his list! I asked him about the sales person who helped us and he said she was no longer with the company. I told him what had happened and he told me there was no warranty on the laminet instillation. Hum!! I asked him if he could have someone take a look at the problem and he said he would call me in a few days and that was almost a year ago! No call! Hamptons is no different than the big box stores in that they do not have installers at their company and you deal with the installers direct. They give you a few that they use to pick from. Wow! Cash and carry business! They ghosted me when I had a problem! Not a great way to run a business I would say in my humble opinion. No more business with Hamptons for us in the future! No response from the owner he probably has me on his list but is way too busy to respond at this time. Remember this is a Cash and Carry store just like Lows and Menards! No response from Hamptons,why? The person I talked to in person was Tyler Hampton and he told me he was THE OWNER of HAMPTONS!!

Very good and helpful throughout the process of remodeling our kitchen. We did a "Mayze-well" remodel that started as new flooring, and you "mayze-well" do the counters, and "may as well" do the cabinets, and that wall could come out and...and.... I would advise though, watch what is being designed. We initially came up with a "cabinet cave", removing windows etc - I asked for my windows back, and more lighting etc. and all was well. The products we received from Hampton's were all top-notch, and the contractors that Hampton's recommended were outstanding!! A six week project and our home is unrecognizable!
