They have bugs and fleas and such bad service. Wouldn’t give money back or trade it for something new and they lied about cleaning it

Im so upset!! I bought a fridge from Frank the owner and he was supposed to be here at 2pm the following day. I said okay that works I will be home from work or my husband will be home. My husband calls him and Frank the owner says he can't come until 430pm. OKAY thats fine. 430pm rolls around and frank the owner is a NO SHOW. He wont answer the phone and hes completely ghosting me. Here it is 8pm and still NOTHING! I paid him 470$ for this fridge. It was all the money I had and I sit here right now balling my eyes out, feeling ripped off. I have no fridge at all. Mine broke

Be careful of who you purchase from. I purchased a gas stove from fhe wholesale appliance on MacArthur street in Springfield. I paid $286 for the stove, delivery, and setup. The first delivery date the owner called and said his back hurt so he wasn't coming. Okay, I get it, I have scoliosis. The next delivery date he called and told me he was going to be running late because it was cold and he had a flat tire. Ok, I get it, things happen, whatever, I was fine with it. He comes 4 hours after the time he said he would be here. He begins to start yelling at his son, his brother, and his fiance about ice being on the stairs. I have a double stair porch, the other side was cleared. On the way in they broke a knob on the front. He then proceeds to tell me he has to go to Lowes for a new gas line and fittings. Ok, no problem, it's cold, I'm not going anywhere. He comes back and proceeds to try and hook up this stove. I tell him I'm smelling gas and it's giving me a bad headache and making me nauseous, please turn the gas off. He told me "oh it will dissipate, you just have to give it time." The stove/oven didn't work anyhow, it wouldn't even come on. So he tells me he will replace it with a better one and leaves. The gas smell got worse so I called ameren. Ameren came out and told me it was leaking gas because the owner tried to put the gas line on with a piece that wasn't meant for the stove and tried taping it so it wouldn't leak. I even had the ameren worker speak with him, in which he also told the worker, he was in a rush and just grabbed a piece. Was there a prior gas leak? Yes, I found that out and ameren replaced the pipe. However, the owner tried attaching the hose to the pipe with a fitting that wasn't meant for stoves and then tried taping it in order to fix it while having the gas on and releasing enough gas in my house to where we had to evacuate for about four hours. I don't mind being transparent. I had to evacuate my kid and my animals on a day where we hit 9⁰. That was on January 18. On Monday, the 20th, I asked twice when will you be coming to pick up the stove. He didn't reply until Tuesday and said it was too cold in the morning so he would be here between 2 and 2:30. Wednesday the 22 I sent another text to ask if he was still going to come Thursday the 23. Thursday morning he told me he would later in the day because he had to go back and finish another job. Never showed. Friday I asked for a refund and went and got it. I got back $245 because he said he still had to pay for his help the day he brought the stove. Friday at 11:40 am I sent a text asking when they were picking up the stove. No response. Same thing at 5:20 pm. The owner texted me yesterday at 7:29 am and said Sunday. 11:41 am rolls around today and I text and say hey when are you picking up the stove. No response. At 1:15 pm I sent a message saying, "I'm not trying to be rude but this stove has been sitting here since January 18. It is now January 26th, you have until 5 to pick it up." He proceeds to tell me he was nice enough to give me a refund instead of exchange the stove that didn't work. Then he proceeds to tell me it will be today or Monday when he picks it up. I again told him, past 5 I will not be home. He texts me back telling me he's in another town and can't be here by 5 and if he can't get it he will sue me. I told him I will place it outside on my porch (of course I will take pictures and video of it before) and he can come pick it up. So now, with having scoliosis, I have to get this stove out on my porch for him to pick up. I have all of the saved messages in case he would like to sue me. Plus, I can subpoena the ameren worker, too. Not that I want to because he's busy and this is trivial at this point. Just be careful who you buy from.
