I recently moved to the area and needed a washing machine. I walked into Grand Appliance and was in and out in about 20 minutes, all thanks to Anna. Her customer service was outstanding - she made me feel at ease. The process was easy, and she answered all of my questions. My washer was delivered the very next day. The new manager Anna, is really sharp. If you are looking for appliances that are used, but in excellent shape, this is the place to go. Myself, over the years, I bought at least six different suites of appliances. I'm done spending that money. They have really excellent deals on used appliances, and they warranty their functionality. Bob Sikora is an excellent source of knowledge concerning all of the appliances. You don't have to get used, they have excellent deals on new appliances, it just depends on what you want or whatever trips your trigger. Excellent prices on new appliances by the way. Many of their new appliances are less expensive than the "Appliances 4 Less," damaged appliances further up on Grand avenue. Absolutely, positively, Grand Appliances rate even higher than five stars. 🥳 As far as being rude, have never seen it. But there have been issues with being short staffed, and some personal tragedies. So you cannot judge by one phone call. Good grief Charlie Brown, lol!
