Washer/Drier purchaser. Military and Vets: Alex was great. Purchased both a washer and drier on two separate occasions at this location 12 months apart. Showed up day 1, got my working appliances in house and installed by day 1 and 2 both times. Additionally, they took both my washer/drier off my hands upon asking. They had no issues dropping off, carrying in and upstairs, or installing; no issues issues or complaints with appliances .Plenty of supply and choices at reasonable prices.

Stay away from here, they sell broken appliances claiming they’ve been tested. We bought a fridge from them and from day one it’s been nothing but issues. Alex stated that the fridge was tested for weeks and works fine. But once we got it, it was Leaking, had frozen pipes, high temps. The “2 month warranty” Goodluck getting them to answer your phone calls or a reply back. I wish I saw the reviews before buying off them. I have no idea how someone can run a business like these guys. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and will be filing claims. All they needed to do was honor their warranty and fix it or refund the money. Stay as far as possible away from them and I hope their business gets shut down asap. What a joke.

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE These people are total crooks. Don’t buy anything from here. They do not honor their warranties. They won’t fix anything. We purchased a three door black refrigerator from them. They told me right to my face that the refrigerator was tested. They don’t test anything. We got the refrigerator home and it was missing parts so it never worked. Then I asked for a refund Alex told me there was an exchange of policy. I said OK get me a new fridge. I waited over a month. Never heard anything finally I had to reach out to him. He shows me a two door fridge like if that was even close to what i purchased finally after two months of threatening him with lawsuits they agreed to refund still to this day. I am not fully refunded stay as far away from this place as you can these people are absolute crooks. They will never sell you anything that is good they do not honor their warranties. After seeing all these reviews, I’m definitely going to file a report with the Attorney General and Illinois commerce commission. And all you had to do was pay me my money it’s that simple but you have no intentions of paying anybody or fix Or honoring anything that you do no, I’m sure the owner is gonna leave some ridiculous reply saying it was my fault or something. I read your other reviews. What an arrogant jerk lol The worst part about it is all I’m such a nice person. I even went out and spent $200 on nonrefundable parts still to this day. I have not recovered my losses fully. I mean, how do you run a business like that you don’t think that’s gonna catch up with you sooner or later I strongly suggest anyone that gets burned by them. Make sure you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, so it always pops up in the search browser. Thank you so much you wonderful “citizens” ? Update to reply: listen, here’s the problem. You guys sold us a refrigerator that was missing parts. You looked us right in the face and you tell us it was tested then we call you and you say you’re gonna send somebody out to fix it weeks go by I hear nothing from you. We have to call you and text you every day to get an answer out of you. Do you think that’s responsible business owner? That refrigerator is still sitting in my kitchen. We have to take it apart. We have to get rid of it now we have to have it paid to be remove. We paid for the parts to try to repair it. Did you give me $300 back for the repair parts that we spent that still filled to make it function-able you’re still haven’t even paid us the entire amount you send me some money and then you write final amount on it and we never hear from you again I’m merely just stating the facts of the situation at hand I’m not discrediting you at all. I’m just giving fax And people should be aware of that. You can keep the money we’re done with you. And plus look at your other reviews it’s not like this is the first time you’ve did this to somebody. Then you act like the victim that’s pretty amazing.
