Wayne's Appliance

I called Wayne's on a whim when my freezer went out because they had financing. I found what I was looking for easily. I did wait a bit because it said they were going to quote me so I just called and was promptly helped by Tony. I told him what I was looking for and he did offer other suggestions because it was out of stock. When I arrived, to pick up the unit, same day, by the way, I filled out some paperwork and got to see what I was getting. Tony was wonderful and so easy to work with. Financing was easy. Took under 20 minutes total. Sadly, we could not fit the unit in my car. However, Ryan, said he would ask his boss if he could deliver it. She kindly allowed it. Ryan was more than friendly as well, as well as the boss, and I could not have been more pleased with the delivery. My new freezer is working like a charm and I'm very thankful for these guys turning a nightmare situation into something easy breezy. Thank you to the team at Wayne's! ☺️

Purchased a GE one and done washer/dryer combo there. You talk about an expensive piece of junk! It's NEVER been like advertised. My Wife absolutely hates it! We wish we would have NEVER purchased it! We will probably NEVER make another purchase at Wayne's over this piece of junk! Haven't had it that long. Wish they would take it back and make it good! But, we all know that's not going to happen!

Outstanding experience buying my new refrigerator. Called the store and talked to Pete he explained everything in great detail. Went to the store to look at the model that he recommended. No pressure. No hassle. Took about 10 minutes to do the purchase. The delivery was just as pleasant an experience as the purchase. Jayce and Thomas showed up when they said they would, they were friendly and efficient, explained everything about the refrigerator and left everything clean and neat. I really appreciate Wayne’s Appliance! It’s the only place to shop!

If you want to buy appliances from a local family owned and operated business this is your place. They have a large warehouse of great name brand products with very competitive prices with the big box stores. The service will keep you coming back. They actually will service your warranty or any issue you could have after the sale. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
