Great products and good sales reps and customer service. I got upset at them a few months ago, which I shouldn't have because it was my fault. The Samsung QLED TV that I purchased from here is top notch and I got a good deal on it. They knocked the price down a good amount for me. I apologize for getting upset and I look forward to purchasing more electronics and appliances from here in the near future. Thank you.

I like the washer and dryer. But my washer quit working and I made my first contact with their service department on December 1. This is day 32, and I am nowhere closer to having it fixed than the day I first called them. I have made 12 attempts to contact them. They have made one to contact me. That was 15 days ago. Edit: It's been 48 DAYS, and STILL no working washing machine. I escalated to corporate, and they're just as bad! Edit #2: I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel. If all goes according to plan, this issue will be fully resolved next Saturday (01/24). Store managers Cody and Carlin have both been great. They've been patient and understanding when I've been griping about something they have little control of. My sole issue has lain with the service department. It sounds like it's becoming difficult for them to fulfill their jobs, but they severely lack in communication and keeping everything straight. I change my rating on this store. The store itself gets 4/5. Service gets 1/5. Corporate has not contacted me yet about my complaints, so that's incomplete. Overall: 3/5
