Really impressed with Dan's Appliance Repair. They were working on my LG fridge and, rather than giving up after the first couple of attempts, they stuck with it. They tried a number of different fixes and worked directly with LG to get to the bottom of the problem. The fridge is now working perfectly. A special thank you to Steve, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. More than anything, I got the sense that he genuinely cared about getting the fridge fixed properly, not just completing the job. Had a noisy dishwasher. Told by lg it was out of warranty and had to pay a flat rate. Set up an appointment with Dan's who then called to confirm. He mentioned that it was likely the main pump motor, and confirmed my thought that that part is in fact warranty. Fortunately I was able to call and cancel the service call with lg and just book directly with Dan. His tech came out next day and had the motor replaced in less than half an hour, machine sounds brand new and all it cost was the service call, which was much cheaper than the flat rate. In my opinion this is excellent customer service and creates a trusting relationship. It was also very reassuring how knowledgeable Dan was on the phone when we spoke. Overall excellent experience

Had an issue with our LG washing machine so we called LG directly, who in turn referred us to Dan and we’re very happy they did. After getting the run around from a couple different “repair” companies, Dan not only had the part in stock but came out almost immediately to fix our issue. He was faster, considerably less expensive and much more knowledgeable…we will be using Dan from here on out for any appliance repair needs, highly recommend. Thanks again Dan!

Had an issue with our LG ice maker fan, code 1F, past warrantee. Did basic troubleshooting myself and defrosted the fridge but still had the same 1F code.. Dan responded promptly and was able to send Steve out with the ordered part in hand a few days later and had the fridge repaired with the new part in less than an hour. We have ice again.
