Their appliances are trash, I purchased a washer from them and had to call them the next day because they didn't clean it, once they came and got it, a week later, the owner tried to gaslight me and tell me that there was no mold in the machine, it was just an excessive use of fabric softener. Once I got the machine back, I still sing dirt in it and have the pictures to prove it. I can only remove part of the bottom half but I'm pretty sure if I could it's more dirt and whatever that is and on top of everything some of the functions don't work on the washing machine but let the boss tell it the only work on certain settings 😡

Fraud seller – very bad experience. I bought a Samsung dishwasher for $300. After installation, the control panel lights were blinking, indicating a problem. When I contacted the seller, he said the dishwasher was “absolutely fine” and told me he could fix it for $200. I agreed and left the dishwasher at his warehouse. After one week, he said it would be fixed “next week.” Now 6 months have passed, and I still do not have my dishwasher. He does not reply to calls or messages. I visited the location twice, but it was closed both times with a sign saying “Open by appointment only.” This seller took my money and kept my appliance without fixing it or returning it. I strongly advise others to be very careful and avoid dealing with this seller.

STOP!! Do not buy from this place. They are nothing more than a bait & switch company. They sell you new, boxed items, then deliver used non-working items, and state that what you purchased was broken in their warehouse prior to delivery so they swapped them out without your consent or knowledge. I wish a NO star rating was available. Travis is running a sham business that collects money, but wants nothing to do with rectifying their crooked business model, broken & dirty products or actual customer service. Their poor excuse for a delivery driver could barely hook the items he was delivering due to his lack of tools & knowledge. This after being paid for those services. Their 7 day return policy is disguised by their unwillingness to take a call, return a call or a loudmouth employee stating she has nothing to do with it, and she's about to go off because she doesn't want to deal with any problems. The same loudmouth employee also wants to claim that prexisting wiring and plumbing from the home build is not up to code and that our house has copper wiring and that it isn't used on homes & that's why their broken dishwasher doesn't work. That's funny given that the 2 previous dishwashers worked fine, and only age caused their replacement. I believe the Better Business Bureau and state Attorney General is a better option if you somehow buy into this sham of a business.
