I purchased a front loader (HE) washer and dryer set December 1, 2009.
I was pleased with the price.
The guys that delivered it broke a controller knob off of the washing machine.
However, Brand Source Outlet had someone come to my home and replace the controller. No problems.
As I write this (in December 2024) I am pleased to report that I have only had one minor problem with the washer (replaced the pump) and one minor problem with the dryer. Both due to the amount of use (family of 7) over 15 years.
