Jonathan, the owner, is an amazing person and business owner. I have a family of 7 in my household and fridge went out on Sunday. So, I was in an emergency situation. The Frigidaire I wanted was still at the old store location. Jonathan not only opened the store up, but he also loaded the fridge for me and gave me a good deal on a scratch and dent. All on a Sunday, after business hours. You just don’t get customer service like that anywhere. City Appliance is the real deal. Jonathan is the real deal. Fridge works great. We just covered the dents with magnets and kid pictures. -Jeremiah

I just want to stay this is a great place how to get good deals on new appliances that may be one of a kind or scratch and dent. Sales was very friendly. And delivery and delivery and hook up was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone. When they came to deliver my appliances, they delivered my washer and dryer to the basement and hooked up my washer and my new dryer for gas. Also installed my new gas range. They were very careful and respected my property. I highly recommend City appliance.
