I called them before the thanksgiving holiday about my stove a week before to be exact . The man came out and looked at my stove . Told me what the problem was and said he would check to see if they have the piece if not he would have to order it . and he would call me either way. Well it’s been over a month and I have called them several times about the piece for my stove. And they say they are going to check to see if it’s there and they will call me back but they have not . In the pass they have repaired a few things for me a did a good job but not this last time. I’m very. confused…

My fridge went out a week ago and I rent so my management company goes through this company for appliance repairs. They came out and said it wasn’t repairable and I needed a new one. Robert and the lovely ladies that I talked to on the phone were amazing! Robert and this company went out of their way for me and I couldn’t be happier. I didn’t ask him but Robert knew exactly what I was thinking and wanted and brought me a fridge where the doors open in the right direction. You don’t know how inconvenient it is when the doors open opposite the main part of the kitchen. Robert knows. I don’t understand the negative reviews on here. You can’t always get your way right away and sometimes you gotta just deal with things that aren’t in anyone’s control. They can only do so much, they’re human. Just be calm, nice and understanding and you’ll get that in return just like I got from Robert and this company. I want to thank you all for your outstanding customer service and for taking care of me!! I greatly appreciate it. Brian

Just bought a whirlpool washer & dryer set and couldn't be happier with my experience. The man scheduling my appointment was accommodating and the delivery men were great. They called me when they were within 30 minutes of delivery, and were very professional and courteous (as well as fast) once they arrived. They even cleaned up after themselves! I would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a good deal at a fair price.
