Updated: 2/12/2025 I wanted to share some positive feedback regarding our delivery experiences. I have not encountered any issues with deliveries so far, and I must commend Dominic for being a wonderful sales representative. His assistance has made the process seamless. Thank you for working with me! I initially had a frustrating experience with my delivery as my package didn't arrive on time, forcing me to send my maintenance team to pick it up from their warehouse. However, I am hopeful that as we continue to use the service, things will improve. I plan to update this review based on future experiences. Here's to hoping for better service moving forward! Updates: Our maintenance man was given the option to pick up the blower at the main HD facility. Unfortunately, when he arrived, there was no blower available for pickup. This was especially disappointing considering he drove in challenging weather and road conditions. We were assured that the delivery would occur today, so we will keep our fingers crossed that it arrives as promised. Thank you for your reply, I will keep you posted on any further developments.
