I love this place, when looking for a bargin appliance look no further, they are super helpful people.. Bought an old dryer from them,2 years later it goes out..I brought it in for service and they fixed it in 10min charged me about 25 bucks! Still going strong today 4 years later. I have since bought more appliances from King's way and im still happy..

Appliances here aren't exactly the cleanest they could possibly be but they do try and work with you as far as price and when you go home if you follow that 30 day guarantee and you have a problem they will help you but your problem is you have to get that stove back to them they can't come and pick it up or your refrigerator or whatever you pick up I picked mine up I had a problem it was a gift for someone till I had to go pick it up and take it back to the store but they replace the item and to me that's just amazing that they totally replace the whole thing. Over all good people that really try to please the customer

I think I got a decent price for decent appliances, however, the fridge smelled so bad but at least it was clean. The lady promised me she would clean the washer because it had been sitting with water in it and had dead bugs in it. Nope they delivered it to me the exact same way I saw it in the store. It had not been touched! So it stunk as well. Also they broke one of my floor tiles delivering it. When i pointed it out he said the grout was old anyway... Not good customer service and Now I have to try to figure out how to clean, how the get the stink out and fix my broken tile

We moved into our home on Sunday and were told the appliances would be installed either the Friday or Saturday before we moved in. Then we found out that it would be delivered Monday morning (after we moved in). Monday afternoon I get a call stating that they are "booked" and can't deliver our fridge and stove until Tuesday. Then Tuesday I receive a call from a rude lady with a tone saying that they are on their way. Our landlord informed us that we did not have to be there while they were installing the appliances and could just use the lock box to get in. I then get another call from this rude lady saying they are knocking on my front door, while I am in a meeting at work. Then someone behind her let her know that they have a code for the lock box. I would not recommend this company. They are slow and really rude.
