Molina Used Appliances

The storefront is a little rough but the service is amazing. We bought a stove, fridge, and dishwasher from these guys. They said there was a 60 day warranty. I wasn’t sure about that either. However, they completely honored it and drove all the way to Greencastle to repair the icemaker that wasn’t working. No questions asked. If I could give six stars I would. I have never been willing to rate a business this high. I was completely impressed and will use them again over and over for the appliances I need. The only thing we didn’t buy from them was the microwave that we already had in the picture.

Great business!! It was our first time purchasing from here. The male who runs the place was so kind & willing to help get us a washer & dryer set. We were on the fence about purchasing used, but we took a leap of faith. He even delivered & installed it the next day! Upon leaving he assured us if we ran into any issue- we could call. They worked beautifully, but a couple weeks after we ran into a little dryer issue. Gave them a call & he came right out the next day to fix the issue! So happy with our purchase & the customer service here. I'll definitely purchase from Molina again ...if I'm ever in need!

Purchased a Frigidaire stainless steel refrigerator on July 16th 2024 they delivered it and after a week or so the freezer went out and I lost a few items of food. I called they came out checked it said it was fixed and left and then the same thing happened a week later. So I called again and they came a brought a new fridge. It was working fine and I went grocery shopping on Tuesday over $500 worth of groceries left for the weekend came back last night to find my home smelling like death and decay. It was because the refrigerator went out while I was gone all my food had spoiled. I contacted them immediately at 1:30 am they texted back by 9am. Apologized for the inconvenience and all they could do was offer a refund or a replacement and refused to compensate for any of my food loss. The customer service was good but they did not correct the issue which was a loss of food and now no refrigerator. I have to clean all the mess up that was left. Do not recommended

My dad lived very simply with a small, dorm room-sized refrigerator and a stove and oven he put together himself. After he passed, I bought his house and hadn't changed much before my daughter and grand daughter moved in the other day. I knew I had to get a full sized refrigerator and a regular stove quickly though. I came across Mr. Molina's appliance store and from the moment I stepped in the store I was very impressed with the friendliness of his staff, his large appliance selections and his low prices. In less than 15 minutes Mr. Molina and I agreed on a refrigerator and stove that were very clean, looked great, worked great, would be delivered the same day, and all for an unbeatable price! The delivery was so quick that they actually beat me to my house! If anyone I know needs any type of appliance I'm telling them to go to Molina's appliances. It doesn't make sense to go anywhere else!

WONDERFUL people! I came to look around and I was informed the items of interest needed to be tested before purchasing. I went back and all was ok so I purchased a refrigerator, gas stove and electric dryer for a reasonable price. Not only did they deliver my items, they hooked up everything. Lalo also fixed the clipped wiring for my dryer🥰 So far everything works great, and I plan on returning later for a red matching front loading washer/dryer set. Bring cash as they do charge a fee for using a card just an FYI.
