Mr Appliance

A little over a week ago, we discovered our garage ready, upright Insignia freezer/refrigerator dead. Three years old and kaput. The communication was great, the technician (Phillip) was fantastic… professional and personable. He diagnosed the issue, gave me the cost annd what he would be doing, and did not pressure me to make a costly decision. I’m going to discuss with my wife, and if we decide to repair the freezer, I’m going to request Phil do the work. This was a great experience with them.

This is the first time I’ve used Mr Appliance. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. They were able to come out quickly, identify the issue and fix it. I thought the pricing was reasonable and fair. Andrew was really wonderful, did a great job of explaining what the issue was, why it had occurred and my options. Everything was very clean when he left. I absolutely would use Mr Appliance again!

We were so happy to not have to buy a new refrigerator.
