Contacted this person and scheduled a delivery. On the day of, I asked what time they’d be there. No answer for several hours, then asked to change the day. Fine, but then cancelled the next scheduled day only when asked. Super disappointed in the service. I was given an excuse for everything but no communication until I communicated first.

Best customer service! Responds quickly. No shenanigans! Friendly, professional, honest and fair. Brought it to my door, same day and installed. Also gave me some great advice about my dryer and had the parts I needed and was willing to help out with that too. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Don’t waste your time with people on market place and all these used appliance stores. These folks right here know what they are doing! Can’t say enough good things about them! These guys are great. I gave them a call and they answered very quickly and set me up with a great quality washer and dryer for the cheapest price around. They even delivered and hooked everything up same day. They were very polite and are willing to come out and fix/replace anything that might be wrong with it for 30 days. I have never written a review before, but these guys deserve it. I will be contacting RaeRaes in the future if I ever need another appliance.
