Do NOT use this company! They were supposed to deliver my dishwasher on Tuesday and just never showed up. When they actually did show up the next day, the installer was AWFUL. He was extremely rude, very intimidating towards women and all around terrible. When we called to make a formal complaint, the "manager" acted like he couldn't care less. Absolutely terrible company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Horrible delivery service. Washer and dryer were delivered on the 12th of August. Delivery guys opened the back of the box truck and nothing was strapped down. Dryer was damaged. Fast forward to the 16th, get a phone call saying new dryer has arrived. Fast forward again to the 19th when it was supposed to be dropped off and somehow magically never arrived at their facility. And the management team will not take your call and wait till near the end of the day to talk to you. This is a joke of a company.

Hello, everybody! It's the first review for this company named Sullivan Commercial Supply! The owner of this company, PAT SULLIVAN is more human than any other business owner I ever met in my career! I'm a truck driver and I picked up a load on Thursday with delivery today, Friday out of Alsip, IL( Chicago area) and the appointment for delivery was scheduled for today between 8 and 12! Unfortunately, a broker from CH Robinson who booked this load did not ask the main owner here for any delivery time, gave me the load and today when I got at delivery location, Mr. Pat told me he can't unload me, because they have a big sale day, which means a lot of customers come here for shopping and there is no space and time available by 5 PM ET to get empty! I was here around 8:30 AM and I had to wait and come back at 5 PM like I've been told! I got here at 5 PM, Mr, Pat Sullivan kept his word and unloaded my 53' trailer in 40 minutes! When he brought me the paperwork signed, Mr. Pat did an amazing thing: GAVE ME 50 bucks, because I had to spend all day in the area and apologized again for the situation! He hopes that I'll get extra money from CH Robinson who admitted over the phone they never scheduled any delivery appointment for today, but they put " delivery hours 8-12" on the load confirmation in the e-mail! CH Robinson never called me today or my dispatch and they're trying not to pay me extra! So, my point is that Mr. Pat Sullivan is a great manager, with human feelings and his business decent! SULLIVAN COMMERCIAL SUPPLY DESERVES THE BEST PEOPLE TO COME AND GET STUFF FROM HERE! 🛎🗽
