TERRY from Terry's Appliance RIPPED ME OFF and took advantage of me. He didn't tell me the price to come out. He was here for 5 min, said he couldn't fix my dryer and charged me $95!!!!! He wouldn't leave until paid and my husband wasn't home. My husband tried to contact him but he never responded back. This wasn't an emergency call at all. It was an inquiry about my washer. I knew there would be a cost. It was just a scary experience. We reached out to him and didn't receive a reply.

Me and my wife had to call Terry a couple times, last few years. All I can say is he is a very professional and honest business man with very fair prices, besides obviously knows what he's doing. Terry I hope you will always keep your business going somehow someway. You're good for us in the county and very trustworthy. We'll be back doing more business with you if and when the time calls.

we kept smelling something through the night and we got up next morning and freezer stuff was thawing out. we thought not a good time we started looking at refrigerators but out of stock or could not get til January and we have used Terry's appliance several times before (love them) I called knowing probably be after Christmas but we were out of options. he showed up and fixed our vintage refrigerator. that meant so much to us since we were feeling defeated anyways due to my husband fighting a uncurable cancer. our community would be so lost without them. they are AWESOME!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!
