The Appliance Plug

*BUYER BEWARE* I reached out to the seller for a fridge and stove. When I sent them a screenshot of the stove, they tried to charge me $100 more than it was listed for. They eventually said they would sell it to me for the price listed and we set up delivery for today. They came with a stove and fridge but neither the stove nor the fridge were the ones I had messaged about. They literally tried to pull a bait and switch, trying to convince me to keep the fridge and stove they brought. Someone from the store called me and explained that both those items were sold...but no one informed me at all, they just brought alternatives without asking me. I told them I wasn't interested and they left. Will not be buying from them at all. Do not trust.

Sold me a faulty washer, the dryer works fine. Verbally told me I had a year warranty. Bought the unit end of Oct and it fully went out in Jan although I was having issues with it since day one. Since it worked intermittently, and I was under the impression that I had a year warranty, I did not act sooner. When the unit fully went out they hid behind the 45 day warranty printed on the receipt which I was unaware of until they mentioned it to me. Now they been avoid me and they hauled away my old washer and dryer in which the washer was still operating. So now I have no washer bc they got my old set and still have the new one that they delivered in Oct. they had me bring it to them to “look at it”. Then came back and said that the motor went out and beyond repair. So you basically sold me a defective product and now won’t try to make any resolution with me bc of this “45 day warranty”. Beyond frustrating

I have purchased 3 different appliances from this store. 2 of the 3 worked perfectly from day one. The last one had a problem when I got it home. Contacted them and they sent repair person within 2 hours. They couldn't fix but brought another out next day that worked perfectly. Made our thanksgiving a great one. I recommend them to anyone. We have used this company twice now for a washer and dryer. Had an issue with the first washer and it was replaced next day. This new set was able to be held for almost two weeks for us until we were able to move and the day before I got a call saying that my dryer had been upgraded. I’ve never had a bad experience and the lady in the shop was very helpful!
