Vacuums & More

I gave up my Dyson for this Riccar vacuum. The two ladies in the store treated me like I was Royalty. The vacuum is superb in every way. I don't do the vacuuming my care giver from the VA does it for me since I am wheelchair bound. He is ecstatic to get something new like this. He vacuums every day and you can see the difference between two days ago and the current one. Overall I'm very happy!!😄👍

This isn’t as much of a review, but more of a feel good story. I had done a LOT of research on replacing our dishwasher and was convinced Miele was the best for us. I researched where to purchase it and decided on Vacuums & More. We ended up also purchasing a washer and dryer. Our salesman, Ryan, could not possibly have been more informative and understanding. We trusted him immediately (and it has turned out to be 100% valid). Ryan made the decision by us to buy Miele appliances from V&M even better than anticipated. But the best was yet to come. Not only were the installers first rate (expert and so very friendly and funny), but Ryan showed up at our house to help get us set up as customers online, to get promotional consumables, and he also carefully and patiently demonstrated and explained the features and functions on our great appliances. What other company has such personal service these days? It was a perfect experience given by honest and friendly folks. We almost feel like we have a new BFFs. Guess where we are going when we need to replace our range!

Several months ago I brought in my very old Dyson for service. Unfortunately, they could not work on it due to its age and some past clients had been unhappy with negative outcomes due to the age of the model. They graciously gave me advice on what to do at home. I followed their advice and I swear it runs like a brand new machine. So in the future, when this one is truly done, I will only consider buying a new vacuum from them.

I'd been going to Vacuums and More for years for maintenance on my 2012 Riccar upright vacuum. A few years ago, I purchased a Miele canister vacuum, and earlier this month, bought a new Sebo7 upright. I've always been pleased with their friendliness and the quality of their service; they take the time to answer my questions, and listen to my concerns. They feel like family to me---including Cooper (R.I.P.) and Hoosier!
