Stayed a bit late on a Friday to make sure I had time to drive over and get a replacement part for my AC. Thanks to sticking around, and even spending extra time to make sure I was getting correct part and offer tips on install, I was able to replace the blower wheel on my AC, while out camping on a hot August weekend. AC worked great! This is why family owned, local shops are still so amazing. Oh, and the price for the part was slightly less than OEM, and a great price all around!

Don't buy from these folks. Extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone. Customer Service is non existent. Filed a dispute for a damaged electric fireplace glass( shattered) product during shipment and still haven't heard anything back.Basically lost $350 for a electric fireplace.

Terrible customer service; ordered a handrail and when we received it there was no hardware, the package was taped in box but no hardware in it; tried calling , left voicemail, sent an email and sent a text, no responses to any; no paperwork in box either to know what size hardware it takes ;this was ordered from Elkhart RV parts

I needed a part sent to a destination along our route as our fridge broke the night before our 3 week trip to Yellowstone. They coordinated the delivery to Utah along our way and it was waiting for us when we arrived. That's customer service!

Thanks to All Seasons RV. They helped me to diagnose the problem with my RV refrigerator via chat. I then went to them to buy the replacement Control Module and they had it is stock as a fair price. I'm back up and running thanks to the excellent help received from All Seasons!
