I had such a great experience thanks to Christy and Stephanie at Premier! They were both incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They made everything so easy and comfortable, and you can really tell they care about their clients. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail truly stood out. I appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend renting with them!

I had a really great experience with Premier Rental-Purchase. Stephanie, the manager, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed without making me feel pressured. Christy also helped me out tremendously and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make the whole process smooth and stress free. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. They both made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and people who truly care.

My family bought a washer and dryer from premier. The washer and the dryer broke down not even a month into having them. My family had to pay off a washer and dryer that broke, and they would not fix, or replace the washer and dryer, and then they sit there when I try to explain it to them. They told me, sorry you have to deal with what you got. You have to make your payments on time but yet they won't fix or repair anything. The washer and dryer that they gave my family, came out of somebody else's house both broke down. I would never buy anything from premier ever again, the one on McKinley, because they're rude and disrespectful toward the customers they serve.
