At this point I would call it user error. My wife and I got the works, stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. A week after getting it all we had an issue with the washer, the drain was to low causing a sensor error. Yesterday my fridge was warm, I had it to close to the wall. My point is they didn't hesitate to come out and look at our appliances. At the end of the day nothing truly wrong with my products and they came out to help. Thank you!
