Harmony Rod
Through err on my part I bought a dishwasher here thinking that I could return it I was unhappy with it. However the receipt clearly states that there is a 90 day warranty exchange or replace ONLY if item needs repair. I am clearly unhappy with the drying capabilities of the washer I got for $500 (an LG) which I later found out was a very common problem among this brand. (Yes I checked the hose, filled rinse aid, checked filter, set on extra dry) - A very expensive Lesson learned 🤦♀️ - ALL PURCHASES FINAL at this store … unless there is something broken on your machine. 🤷♀️ Just buy it new, then you could at least return it if you don’t like it.
Costco: Known for the most generous policy, Costco allows you to return a dishwasher within 90 days for nearly any reason, including dissatisfaction after use.
IKEA: You can return "opened" products within 180 days as long as they are clean and in "resaleable" condition. For appliances specifically, some regions may restrict this to 90 days for opened items.
Best Buy: Offers a 15-day window (60 days for Plus/Total members) for returns. While they prefer "like-new" condition, they do accept returns of opened and installed appliances, though a 15% restocking fee often applies if the item has been used or installed.
