We bought a brand new washer and dryer and refrigerator for about 4000 bucks here and staffperson Will Gleich helped us. He was all nice and smooth and everything but he never even asked us if we needed a power cord for the dryer so I got home to install it all and realized I needed one so I called them and the person said will was busy so I left a message and I never heard back from him. Kind of a bummer when you spend $4,000 and the company doesnt follow up with you after leaving a message. We'll probably be buying appliances elsewhere

Very poor. Lost parts, uninformed sales people, delayed delivery date amount other problems. I would be very careful dealing with this business. To add insult to injury I was surprised to be notified after the fact by their finance company that they would assess a $1.99 monthly fee unless I agreed to only internet monthly billing statement.
