I’d like to leave a minus stars for the product, fridge, and customer service. Sold a fraudulent warranty for $180. The fridge was $2000. Drug their feet, lied about fixing the appliance for 6 months. When I said they were giving us the run around we got yelled at. We have never in my life been treated so badly ever. The parts guy yelled and cussed at us. I will never buy anything here ever again and will tell everyone I can not to go there. Fridge leaked into our basement causing more damage. Won’t honor their warranty.

I bought an Amana dryer from Karl's Appliances. I'll try to make this short - I needed a dryer to vent on the side due to space constraints. It took a while to figure out that there is only one dryer available in the marketplace that will side vent rather than vent in the back. But I wasn't ready to pay the super high price for a Speed Queen to get that one. So I choose a dryer that wasn't as deep from front to back. That dryer worked. I want to thank Sarah, Michelle and two guys at the desk for talking through my options and making it right with me for the delays and my frustrations and time that it took to get everything ordered correctly and finally converted to LP. Thanks to Terron for his two trips to my house to discuss options like repairing the old dryer and options for venting. But I especially want to thank Trent and Adam for going the extra mile when they installed the dryer. They went above and beyond to make the venting work so that the dryer didn't have to stick out so far and was flush with my washer. I'm SO HAPPY with their courtesy and friendliness!! The people I worked with at Karl's Appliances were all very helpful and friendly. But I guess I asked for something uncommon (side venting) and it caused delays and frustrations. But in the end, it all worked out fine and I'm a happy customer. I'll go back to Karl's. They worked with me and their employees are helpful. :o)
