Amani Traders has officially set the bar for customer service. Marilin went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, making sure I received my appliances even after delays caused by a third‑party delivery service — delays that weren’t on her or the company at all. She kept me updated, stayed proactive, and genuinely cared about making things right. That’s the kind of service you don’t forget and the kind that doesn’t go unnoticed. If the rating scale went up to 10 or 20 stars, they’d get every single one.

Fantastic experience shopping here for our fridge! Not pushy, honest when the first unit didn't work, made sure we got what we wanted for a very fair price, transparent about all terms and conditions and warranty information. Will definitely return when we need a new washer and dryer.
