I bought a washing machine a few months ago and I started noticing whatever setting I put it on for cold my clothes were coming out hot took me a couple months to figure out that the handyman that delivered my washing machine turn both on hot turn the faucets the wrong way connected in the wrong way and both of them were hot so no matter what I put it on a cold it was going to come out my babies pads which is 400.00 worth and I've had this washing machine a few months it started acting up a few weeks ago like a week or two ago it wasn't getting out of the water and soap out I had to put it in my dryer and it burned out my dryer motor cuz it had to work extra so I have no dryer now and now the washing machine has completely stopped spinning I'm back to where I started but now I have no dryer and when the whole thing happened a few months ago she told me that the warranty was over with and why didn't I notice that it was all just doing hot water because I don't stand there and watch my clothes wash when you put it on the cold cycle it's supposed to come out cold if he can't hook up the hoses correctly then that's him put down my washing machine spin cycle isn't working so now I have to buy a new washer and dryer and not from them so I would give them an F and I am going to report you to the Better Bureau I've had this washing machine maybe for 5 months and for it to spin cycle go out you have multiple bad reviews of people saying that things were not hooked up correctly like what happened with my washing machine and my hoses and things going out after a few months or even a day I'm going to report you I'm not going to give you $300 in my washing machine goes out like five months later I'm going to report you and if possible I will report you to the district attorney's office you were not going to take my money and other people's money and these things only work for a few months that's crap and I'm going to report you to the Better Bureau and you better tell your maintenance or handyman or whatever he better start hooking up things correctly and you should also know that I just filed a complaint with the Better Bureau my washing machine should have lasted a lot longer than 5 months and that's how long ago I bought it from you to spin cycle stopped working you burned out my dryer because I had to put everything in my dryer that was wet because you're washing machine stopped working and you burned out my motor and your handyman he hooked up the hoses and correctly my maintenance guy said your handyman hooked up two hot Waters and put the hot water on the cold I have filed a complaint with a Better Bureau and I will make sure Facebook knows too you are not going to take $300 from me that I don't have in 5 months later your washing machine stops working you have multiple complaints and I made sure if it better be our nose and I will make sure Facebook knows to to be careful there is no reason that you're washing machine should have stopped working after 5 months that is just unacceptable have a good day
