Great experience. Was able to get what I weren't for. Lots of inventory, I went in for a new dishwasher and quickly found multiple options with other scratch and dent options. Great stock of all ranges of dishwashers with over half a dozen under 600. I will be going back my all my future appliance needs. Thank you charleys for making me able to spend more time with my kiddos and less scrubbing dishes.

We found a counter depth we wanted. We ordered it and received it in a timely manner. Elton was our sales guy and very nice guy. They are not your big box store and they do price match. Charley's sells, delivers and services. That's why we went there. Delivery guys were great young guys! We paid after it was delivered which most stores don't do.

Great customer service & price. Elton matched the price we found at Lowe’s for the stove, DW & fridge we had already picked out. They had the DW & Fridge in stock but had to special order the fridge for us because it wasn’t one they normally carried. Then set up delivery & installation for us at a very reasonable price. The delivery guys were great. They wrapped the appliances in blankets so they didn’t get scratched carrying them through the doors. They set them all up how we wanted & made sure they were level & working. Even set the clock on the stove. Then they removed all the plastic & carried all the trash away with them. They paid attention to every little detail & were very friendly. Overall great experience from beginning to end.

My husband, Gregg and I are thrilled to do business with Charley’s in El Dorado. The minute we walked thru the door, the customer service experience was outstanding. We bought a Washer at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE… Delivery was 2 days later, and kudos to the 2 man delivery team! This company is an absolute delight to deal with. So happy we did not go the “ Box Store Chain” route. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED Customers, and Charley’s Appliances will be our forever “ Go To” choice! FIVE STARS FOR SURE!!!!
