bought a washer and dryer about a month ago, paid for instillation($90). hose fell off on Monday, apartment maintenance confirmed it was due to faulty instillation. DTs sent out someone to look at the washer who told me over the phone he is responsible for "upholding" DTs reputation. After he looked at the washer he also said they should have clamped the water line on the pipe. Called the moving company and apparently he lied and told them there was nothing wrong with the instillation. Do not buy anything from here, complete scam.

Friendly is a minimum most businesses should strive for. These guys go above and beyond that. Not only are they friendly, but they are very knowledgeable on the various different appliances one could be looking for. Need a washer, dryer, or fridge but you are on a budget? They can help you find something that wont break the bank. Maybe you are looking for something nicer but arent willing to pay retail prices? They got that too! Ill definitely be going back for anything i need in the future. They know how to find something that fits anyones needs. They are willing to work with anyone on payment plans and they have a system in place to make those payments easy and seemless. THANKS DT'S!

Will never go back to this place again! I've been a customer for yrs(2 previous washers, stove, fridge, and furniture) and will never recommend them again! Bought a Maytag washer that came broken and even after they supposedly fixed it just for it to break down again after a couple of loads of laundry. When I asked for the moving fee ($90) back along with my down payment ($200) I was denied.They told me they wouldn't charge me for the removal and then just return my down payment. I'm willing to bet they have my old machine already for sale and this one will be back on the sales floor too. So if you see this Maytag machine don't buy it or anything else from them. As a single mom and Christmas on the way being denied the full return is definitely a kick in the stomach especially since now I'll be looking at spending a lot more somewhere else. At least maybe I'll get one that works! Edit for response: My house is not unsanitary and the fact you would even say that just shows what kind of business you are running. You left a voicemail Karen that now looking at what you wrote was simply a warning I guess before your vile response. Even the moving company you guys use had a few choice words for how you guys are running things now at either shop. So before you go casting stones you may want to take a look at your own situation first there hon. I would also add that your employees could also use a shower or two. 2nd edit response: Also to add it was never my water pressure it was the fact that neither the mover or the tech you sent out bothered to check my original water hoses that were never changed out for the new ones that were sent with the machine. After checking them myself I found the rubber washer had gotten warped and was stopping the water flow all together. After I changed hoses magically everything is working now just fine and with a washer not from you guys! Good luck out there doing business halfa$$!
