I ordered this bathtub because it delivered in a good time frame. I received a completely unacceptable bathtub at my door. I rejected it and it took a whole week for them to get it back and no one called or did anything. I called two days after they did and they had already started a refund. I STILL NEED MY BATHTUB. This is just a terrible experience.

Wow, the range of goods at Ferguson was amazing. They have dream kitchen appliances, same with everything you could want for a beautiful bathroom and then lighting - oh my goodness what an array of wonderful lighting fixtures and options. Ferguson Home (as it is now called on E Douglas) is fantastic as are the staff. I won't go anywhere else ever again for what they carry.

Beautiful options but very poor customer service. We loved a full size shower faucet system that we would have purchased if we got so much as a “Is there anything we can help you with?” from at least 1 of the 3 ladies that seemed to be working there. We have 2 full sizes we are fully remodeling and won’t be going back. Hopefully they are more attentive to other customers.
