If I could give 0 stars I would. The translator is so disrespectful. The washer never worked and within a week the dryer wouldn't turn on. If you need to get ahold of them goodluck even if you drive up to the store no one is there. They would only give us our money back if we out the washer and dryer outside and my parents are 75 years old and can't do that physically. They will hang up on you not listen to your side instead of just realizing they messed up by given you a broken washer and dryer. Absolutely go with someone else do yourself a favor it's unfortunate the customer service is trash.

We purchased a washer and dryer from this individual and never inspected it before we purchased it. They delivered it, a day later we noticed a bad rust spot on the side of it knowing that rust spreads we reached out to see if he would make it right some how he asked me for pictures and has ghosted us since. We have tried multiple avenues to reach him but it appears as if he’s dodging us. If anything changes I’ll update the review but for now I strongly recommend to steer clear of a business that operates this way. They never once mentioned any rust in the advertisement I feel like it’s a big enough deal something should have been mentioned about it.

Purchased washing machine that came with a horrible grinding noise. We can’t speak to the person who actually repairs the machines. We have to speak to his go-between (girlfriend apparently) and she gives no details, like when a repair was offered: “Sometime after 11 AM.” This turned out to be nearly 7 PM… and only *after* a message was sent as a sort of reminder. We refused to let them remove the machine from the house to repair it. (I’ve never had an appliance repairman need to take the item with them to fix it before.) He was told if he wanted to take it, we wanted our money in hand until it was returned. He insists there are no refunds. “30 day warranty” is apparently code for no refunds. (Nowhere in the ad was “no refunds” stated and not a word about it was said at time of purchase.) We were told he’d return after the weekend to see about fixing it and of course that was a no call, no show. He has our cash so obviously now he doesn’t care whether or not we have a working machine. I will add that we were also offered a swap. The problem with this is the other machines we were originally shown to be available were top loading (and $50 cheaper than what we purchased) when we wanted front load and the only front loaders were we shown that day had extremely strong mildew/mold odors inside. So I’m not sure what he expected us to trade for. We’re unable to leave a review on Marketplace because the machine we got isn’t listed on there and the message sent was ignored. But out of the small number of reviews I found 2 or 3 others that got dud appliances and this couple also stopped replying to them. I guess if you get the luck of the draw with this seller, you’re ok but if you need that 30 day warranty you’re screwed. Edit to reply to owner: Not sure what you mean. I have a receipt from ICT Appliances at 1813 Broadway (was also physically IN the store at this very address) dated 9 days ago. Looks like I’m reviewing the right place to me. Almost every negative review looks like you're trying to say they have the wrong business.

Salvador was a fantastic seller and very honest! I had a small issue with it later and he was super helpful and came out and got it up and running again for free under his warranty. I was extremely impressed with his warranty service and how he honored it. Very thrilled with my washer, and awesome pricing too. It’s all working like a champ now! Highly recommend this business!

We lost our home and almost all of our personal property in the Andover tornado. Once we got a rental, one of the first replacement items we needed to get was a washer and dryer. Picked out a good used set and it was delivered and installed within hours. Great selection, good pricing, good communication and awesome customer service. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a good used set with a warranty.
