Needed a new washing machine so I got online and checked several appliance stores from Lowe's to home Depot to Best buy and a few mom and pop stores. That's when in my search I stumbled upon Metro appliance. As always I checked the reviews. There were a few people unsatisfied with the delivery process which made me a little skeptical about purchasing from them. I went into the store because their prices were really competitive. Jordan the sales associate who I spoke to over the phone the day before was not in at the time, but another sales associate name Guthrie stepped in her place and was very knowledgeable and helped me with a seamless and stressless purchase. I was put on the schedule for delivery for Tuesday and just like Guthrie assured of me they would send me a text message the day before reminded me of the time they would be delivering. Then the day of delivery I received a text message letting me know they would be there in the afternoon. Also giving me the delivery driver's name which was Tyrone. I then received a text message later in the day that Tyrone was on his way to deliver my washer. Right after the text, Tyrone called me himself letting me know that he was 15 minutes away. Sure enough the delivery truck pulled in front of my house within 15 minutes. Tyrone and his coworker removed my old washer, replaced it with the new. It took no longer than 15 minutes. Tyrone and his coworker, which I didn't get his name were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They hooked my washer up, explained a few things about the washer to me and then they were on their way. It was a great experience and I will highly recommend Metro appliance to others.

They were awesome to work with. Not pushy at all and had the answers to our questions. Jordyn sold us the front loaders and was great to work with. Delivery people were awesome and were very careful not to damage anything. Nice knowing the delivery people are employed by Metro Appliance and not contracted out. Plus they kept us informed step by step where the delivery people were. Thanks for a great job, we will be back.

Wanted to be sure we recognized a couple of people for all the work that went into getting us a washer and dryer. Andy was our initial salesman and Steve our follow-up as well as Tyrone and Brandon with delivery. We had two other gentlemen before who were great as well but unfortunately didn't get their names so want to recognize them too. It's been crazy windy, cold and hot and they have maintained their professionalism and delivery & installation was easy. Just a shout out to the team for the work they did getting mom her appliances! Thanks guys

We've bought at least seven appliances from Metro over the last several years. Great service and product selection. Sales people have been helpful and responsive, and not pushy. The installation crews are employees of Metro. They have always done a great job and have been personable and respectful. Also, just shy of a month after our most recent purchase in December 2025, we promptly, and without fuss, received a nearly $800 price match refund. We would certainly go there again for other appliance purchases.

High praise for Chris and Jensen, apologies if I misspelled their names. They delivered and installed our new refrigerator and were outstanding. I was their last stop of the day and it was a big deal getting the old one out and the new one installed. They worked well past 5 pm, and couldn’t have been nicer.
