They are reliable for sure. Took a week to get the part installed but I’m happy with it. And then that didn’t work but the stay with it till my machine was as good as new

Fixed the washer, made sure it worked prior to leaving. Removed the old part and packaging. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance without hesitation.
