Worse place to go shopping for appliances, the lady in the front desk is super rude. I bought an electric stove and had my handyman to bring it home on a Friday. The two front big burners wouldn't come on, so I had to return it on the following Monday. They didn't believe me and they tested it, and found out that the two front big burners are not working. They refunded my money back with bad manners, and made it look like it was my fault with no apology so I left the place very very disappointed. I recommend that nobody goes to this place for shopping and if you do please please be very very careful. The front desk lady is super rude

I purchased a dryer almost three weeks ago, and it didn’t heat up. Unfortunately it wasn’t the thermal fuse so I had to call them up for an exchange. They made the process very easy and did not charge an additional delivery fee for the new dryer, no charge to pick up the old one. I have to note that the delivery men both times were very friendly and respectful of my home. Even though I had an issue, it was a great experience and I will always refer people here for a good deal!
