Our refrigerator was purchased at Bellelo’s a few years ago and we just had a cooling problem with it, so we called and scheduled a repairman. Jason came and found out that it was under warranty but needed the factory to perform the worked. We were able to schedule the service for the next day. Jason was very professional and very polite. He also saved us a ton of money by asking us a few questions. 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was price shopping for a Speed Queen washer and dryer set. I called 4 local stores showing they carried this set. Though the prices were very similar at all the stores, the customer service at Bellelo's was the winner hands down. I knew even before Dustin quoted me the prices I was going to make my purchase with them. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot) with patience and a smile in his voice. One of the stores in BR couldn't take my call and did not return it. When I called back and finally got a salesman, he rushed through the answers and prices so quickly I couldn't jot them down. Also, the delivery price was less than everyone's even though they came from Port Allen to Walker to deliver and set up my purchases. I definitely expected to pay an extra fee for the distance they had to drive for me. This was my first time to purchase from Bellelo's but it will not be the last. This kind of customer service is very rare these days and they well earned my money and loyalty. Thank you Dustin!!

Great staff and they are very knowledgeable. They can help with pretty much anything you want and need for your home. This include furniture ,appliances and other decor items. It's a family owned business which I and my grandmother personally love. My family has been doing business here since I can remember. I opened my very first line of credit here. Again you will not be disappointed with Bellelo's and if for some reason something isn't right with a product. They will make is right. Customer Service 100%. Thanks for being a awesome vendor!
