I have been a consumer for 40 years having dealt with many appliance centers. My refrigerator began giving me problems I reached out to Keys for service. Kasey the technician came out promptly. Unfortunately I needed to replace the appliance. I purchased with Keys because of their price, service and extremely professional experience. I am a customer for life! Do yourself a favor and buy from a small business who didn’t mind traveling to earn my business. I am thoroughly impressed!! Thank you Keys, I have never been better taken care of.

I recently contacted Whirlpool for service on a refrigerator that was still under warranty. They connected me with Keys Appliance in Kinder, LA. The employees at Keys Appliance are the most friendly and professional individuals I have dealt with in a very long time. From first contact, to follow up, unto completion, Denise went above and beyond to ensure that I knew what was going on, when it was going on, and what to expect next. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very professional, courteous, and friendly. The technician they sent was named Kasey. Again, Kasey was one of the most courteous and friendly technicians I have ever dealt with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of the way to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what the outcome would be. Kasey also made multiple calls on the day of the appointment to give me an estimated ETA and would follow up with any changes if something would delay him from meeting that ETA. If you are needing someone you can trust, to troubleshoot your appliances, Please give these guys an opportunity to serve your needs. YOU ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT REGRET IT! There are other appliance service centers out there, but I don't think any can top what these guys did! Thank You For an Outstanding Service Experience!
