UPDATE Matt's contacted me the next day and did a warranty exchange on the freezer. Great customer service from Matt's. Buy the extended warranty. Purchased a freezer approximately 36 days ago and everything was great now it is not getting down to tempature. Lasted just long enough to make it past the 30 day warranty.

I really needed a new dryer. I got tired of hanging my clothes up in the bathroom to dry. I went to Matt's Appliances on Saturday and found exactly what I wanted quickly. I didn't need anything super fancy, just something that worked. It was a very good price. They just delivered it and it works perfectly. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Matt's Appliances.

Seven days before Christmas our refrigerator died. Since we prefer shopping locally(not big box stores), did a search for local appliance stores and found Matt's. We arrived from Eunice 5 minutes before closing time and Na'Coby greeted us with a great attitude and helped us find a new $1,800 refrigerator for only $860! And the new Frigidaire was a big upgrade from what we had paid $2000 five years ago for the old one. Na'Coby was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Although it was well after closing time he helped us arrange for delivery and pick up of the old unit. We will definitely be dealing with Na' Coby again in the future for our appliance needs!
