Sold us a floor model washer at full price. Found damage when we got it home and it would rattle very loud in spin cycle. We were told we need to get with the manufacturer. So in a nutshell they only stand behind their merchandise until its out their door. Ill go somewhere else next time.

The salesman was outstanding and price was also good . The warranty dept and service was the worst that I ever had to deal with,brought a washing machine with warranty ,had it service 3 time for the same reason.... First time came out : we need a software update. Waited over a week to come in.(keep in mind no laundry). Second time: took less than two minutes to update it. Repair man didn't bother checking it. Third time:all this time talking with the warranty people......telling me that I have to wait until service dept send them the outcome of the repair. 🤔🤔🤔 Ok bottom line was the warranty dept didn't acknowledge my extent ed warranty.........all less than a year of purchase to date. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM A-1 APPLIANCE AGAIN.
