Be prepared for your appliance to break down and you get tossed around trying to get it repaired. Do not I repeat DO NOT spend money on an extended warranty. You may as well flush that money down the toilet! Trust me. Also, if you by any chance have to speak with the store manager Brian make sure you record the call because he gets amnesia very quick and should not be in the customer service industry. Especially if you are elderly. My mother n law got lied to and screwed over going back and forth trying to get her warranty honored for about 3 weeks. She had tears in her eyes. Me and my wife got tired of making calls and being lied to about her washer. We put together and got her one from Lowes. Got tired of seeing a 78 year old lil lady tote laundry back and forth in the hot sun going to the laundry mat 5 miles away. She was loyal to A1.

If I could put zero stars I would. We purchased a dryer and it has not worked since. They won’t give me a refund and is just pushing it on Maytag which is a joke. It has been over a month now. I call the store and nothing gets done. I wish someone who is in management to contact me to help resolve this issue. I will never purchase anything from this company again and let everyone I know the same.

Order full set of appliances end of June this year, freezer came completely broken. A-1 refused to work on it and sent another company (us appliances repair) to check it out. After 10 visits to my house where I was given the beautiful window of 8am-5pm but always came closer to 6-7:45 pm nothing was fixed. After spending two hours on the phone with numerous company's and threating to file a report to the BBB, A-1 decided to give me a new freezer. October 1st and still no freezer. Worst customer service and experience I've dealt with in my life. Also out $200 of groceries that have been frozen over and thawed out 10 times, a-1 and us appliances repair both refuse to compensate.

Purchased a LG washer dryer set last October 2018, almost positive their stuff is refurbished cause my washer hasn't done a single load without taking too much or too little water. It also doesn't get the water temp correct unless I use the one cycle for quick wash. So I've been using it just like that for months, stopping it mid wash so it can soak in the hot water longer than it's set up to do. I've lost count of how many shirts I've bleached up sticking my entire body down to move the clothes around so it gets soapy cause it really doesn't move the clothes around at all. It's awful having to pull clothes through the heaviness of the water. The door gets locked permanently when the heat from the hot water builds up. Not good on my hands being burned by the water. Wish I had gone with my original choice at Home Depot instead, it would had probably been worth the week wait for delivery. The delivery itself was the only good thing about this experience. The workers were fast, knowledgeable, and very respectable of my home and property. Still I will not shop with this store again.
