Great experience walking into the store. After that, horrible. Bought a dryer from them and within a week, was rattling bad. Called them and they basically said it’s not their problem anymore, call Maytag. It’s been almost a month and I’ve had a technician out 2x, and will have to be a 3rd for part replacements. And they STILL won’t take this lemon back! You have to deal with Maytag. Teri was rude anytime after when we called. They put a front on to sell you something then basically leave customer service out the window. Horrible company. Will NEVER do business with them again and will never recommend them.

I waited a few months to leave this review just to be thorough, and I’m happy to say the machine works great. Couldn’t be happier with the service or the washer.
