Designer Appliances & Cabinets

I needed a new dishwasher and decided to stop by Designer Appliances. They were incredibly helpful and well informed. Not only did they educate me on the dishwasher I bought, but also on other appliances in my kitchen and how to best maintain them for a longer lifespan. They called both before the install to coordinate a good timeframe, and also after the install to ensure everything went well. The installer they used was also excellent and went above and beyond to do a good job. The fantastic service has ensured that Designer Appliance will be my first stop for future appliances, and my first recommendation to anyone else.

Simply having Speed Queens in stock was enough to rate 5+++ stars, but throw in incredible service that is generally lost in this world of big box stores - nothing short of amazing. Mason was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between models and placed a follow-up phone call to be sure that I was happy with the washer and delivery. Again, personal touches that used to be the norm. I am so, so glad I found Designer Appliances & Cabinets.

I called the store several weeks ago and spoke with Mason, who was very helpful in answering questions about the Speed Queen Washer and Dryer set. Mason emailed the documentation from Speed Queen with all of the specifications for all models. After reviewing the documentation, we decided on the TR7 washer and the DR7 gas dryer. We agreed to their quote and we ordered the washer and dryer on a Friday and was installed on Monday.
