Highly recommend! DTS has extremely competitive pricing, excellent response time and tremendous customer service. I purchased three appliance from DTS: dryer, washer machine, and an ice maker. The first was the dryer and they had the lowest price. They installed it and took the old one. Next was the washer machine with similar results (low cost and they installed). Then our middle of the road ice maker was breaking way too often. When consulting with DTS, they recommended to do either the lower brand, or the high end brands. Their reasoning was that the middle and lower end would break (ours was constantly breaking), so no need to spend a higher cost on something that we knew would break. So we went with the higher end brand. It worked great until it didn’t! The ice maker quit working, so we called DTS and THAT SAME DAY we had the installer at our house to trouble shoot (the pump went out - manufacturers defect - obviously covered under warranty). They located the new pump and it was installed the VERY NEXT DAY. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. The people at DTS work within your budget, have extremely competitive pricing and offer excellent customer service.

DTS did an outstanding job handling my appliances! Even though I’m in Atlanta and they’re based out of New Orleans, they went above and beyond to make everything smooth and professional. Communication was great, scheduling was easy, and the quality of their work really showed. Big shout-out to Axel for making everything happen — he went the extra mile to be sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find a company that’s this reliable across states, but DTS made it happen. Highly recommend them for anyone needing appliance service or installation — top-notch experience from start to finish!

I purchased all new kitchen appliances from DTS! They were great priced, kind and easy to work with! I recommend them to all of my friends and family as they have a vast selection of dishwashers, stoves and ovens to choose from! I purchased a new washing machine and decided to go with the GE commercial quality washer (Model GTW525ACP2WB). DTS Direct Appliances sales rep, Axel Seitz, was very helpful in the process of decided which washing machine to choose. He carefully took into consideration my needs, what type of use, and the space I had available. He went above and beyond to help me set it up. After installation, he was available for any calls or concerns regarding use. I highly recommend DTS, their products, and their sales team. I am very satisfied with my experience.
