I recently purchased an expensive refrigerator from this local distributor, expecting premium service to match the price. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. There was a complete lack of communication regarding installation. If I had known it wasn't included with delivery, I could have made arrangements or purchased additional services. Now, I have a 750lb refrigerator in a large box in my kitchen, requiring more than just a simple plug-in. When I raised concerns with the management about what would happen if the refrigerator didn't work when installed, the response I received was, "It is like anything you purchase, and it doesn’t work. That is a service problem." This was disheartening and left me feeling unsupported after making such a significant purchase. The delivery process was also problematic. The delivery man seemed rushed and caused damage to my kitchen floors in his hurry to leave. I choose to buy locally to support local businesses and for the convenience of local service, but this experience has been a letdown. I had planned to purchase a range and dishwasher next, but after this ordeal, I will look elsewhere.

These people are terrible to deal with. Buy your Subzero, Wolf elsewhere. All they care about is getting your money. After you pay them, they give you horrible customer service. I wish I would have purchased my Subzero elsewhere. When you spend this kind of money on high end products, the customer deserves great customer service. You will not find it here. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Nordic Kitchens designed and installed the kitchen in my home and office. Randy and the design team were great to work with. Their designs were based upon our taste and budget. The cabinets and appliances are all great quality and perfectly installed. Excellent experience and am happy to highly recommend their services and products.
